职位描述: GoalandPurposeofPositionTheincumbentwillbearthesystemresponsibilityforthenewautomatedandintegratedmaterialhandlingsystemprojects,basedondefinedcustomerrequirementsandoptimizedoperationprocesses.Itincludes:a.Thelogisticsystemconcept/layoutinaccordancewithcustomerrequirementsandneeds;b.Implementationofthelogisticsystemconcept/plantlayoutinsystemengineering(offer)anddetailengineeringwork(detailedspecificationphase);c.Consistencyofthephysicalandlogicallayouts;andd.Definitionandfeasibilityoftheassuredcharacteristics,includingacceptance(inconjunctionwithSystemEngineer)Systemdesignprojects(duringofferphase)arecarriedoutbyaSystemDesigner,underthemanagementoftheSalesManager.HeshallactivelyinvolveinthesalesphasebysupportingtheSalesManagerinsellingthesolutionstothecustomers.Coretasks1.Investigateandreviewcustomersrequirements.2.Collectcustomerprojectdata,ifrequired,andanalysereceiveddata.3.Definedesignparameterbasedontheresultofdataanalysis.4.Developpossiblesolutionsbasedondefinedcustomerrequirements/designparameters.5.Designandproposesuitablesub-systemsbasedondetailedequipmentsperformancecalculation.6.Preparepresentation(PowerPoint)andpresenttheproposedsolutionstothecustomerinworkshopormeeting.7.Torequestforsuppliersquotations(RFQ)forsub-systemsincludingpreparingsub-systemsrequirementspecification,liaisewithsuppliers,reviewsuppliersquotations,definegapsbetweensuppliersquotationagainstRFQetc.8.Analysingthesub-systemofthesuppliersincludingthefunctionalitiesandtheaccordingscopeofsupply.9.Preparetechnicaldescriptionsofproposedsystemfortendersubmission,aswellasfunctionaldescriptions.10.PreparePowerPointpresentationoftheproposedsystemfortenderinterviewandclarification.11.ActivelysupporttheSalesManagertechnically,duringsalesandtenderclarificationphases.Heshalltakeakeyroletoconvincethecustomertobuytheproposedsystem.12.Carryoutdetailedengineeringworkofthechosensystemduringdetailedspecificationphase.13.CoordinatetheintegrationandoveralldesignbetweenSwisslogandothersuppliers.Requipments·Degreeoraboveholderinmechanical,Mechatronics,engineeringorequivalent·Minimum5yearsprovenworkingexperienceinIndustrysystemdesign·Workingexperienceinautomatedmaterialhandlingsystemisanaddedadvantagebutnotessential·Outstandingengineeringprocessskills·Excellentanalysisandproblemsolvingskills,soundjudgment,goodcommunicationandpresentationskills·Demonstratedcreativityandinnovation·GoodworkingknowledgeofMSofficeapplications(PPT,Excel,Access,etc.)andAutoCAD·Abletoworkwithhighindependence,abletoworkunderpressureandtightschedule·Proactive,self-motivated,mustbeagoodteamplaywithstrongcustomerfocus·ProficiencyinEnglish(oral&written)andMandarin(oral)isamustWillingtotravelbothdomesticallyandoverseasonshortnotice
